What can you expect?
An evening filled with flavour, atmosphere, and unforgettable experiences. From 4:00 PM, you will be welcomed with a delicious amuse-bouche and a glass of sparkling wine -the perfect start to a festive evening.
Lieske Vos will then guide you through a four-course menu, accompanied by seven carefully selected wine pairings. Every dish has been matched with a wine that enhances its flavours in surprising and harmonious ways. Throughout the evening, Lieske shares the stories behind each wine, explains why certain pairings work so beautifully, and takes you on a culinary journey you’ll remember long after the last glass has been poured.
